Engineering Characteristics & Advantages

Precision hydroentanglement technology tailored for high-speed automated converting and durable end-use.

High Hydro-Entanglement Integrity

Ultra-high pressure purified water jets entangle natural and synthetic fibers without chemical resins or adhesives.

Super Soft & Skin-Friendly

Delicate hand-feel that prevents surface scratching and maintains hypoallergenic properties across sensitive applications.

Isotropic Tensile Strength

Advanced cross-lapping technology minimizes tensile disparities between machine direction (MD) and cross direction (CD).

Eco-Responsible Converting

Biodegradable viscose and sustainable fibers contribute to global carbon reduction and ESG compliance requirements.

Commercial Applications

Trusted across diverse industries from healthcare facilities to precision manufacturing.

Medical Dressings & Drapes

Gauze alternatives, surgical sponges, wound care dressing backings, and orthopaedic undercasts.

Wet Wipe Substrates

Baby wipes, sanitizing surface wipes, cosmetic makeup remover wipes, and feminine hygiene towels.

Industrial Degreasing Wipes

Lint-free cleanroom wiping cloths, automotive refinishing cloths, and precision mechanical maintenance.

Filtration & Laminates

High-permeability liquid filtration backings, membrane support substrates, and acoustic composites.

Procurement & Technical FAQ

Direct answers to the most common inquiries from sourcing directors and converting engineers.

What is the difference between parallel-laid and cross-lapped spunlace?

Parallel-laid spunlace aligns fibers predominantly in the machine direction (MD), providing high longitudinal strength and lower cross-direction strength at an economical cost. Cross-lapped spunlace folds fibers diagonally, delivering nearly equal strength in both directions (MD:CD ~ 1:1) and higher bulk, making it ideal for medical and high-grade wiping applications.

What is the typical lead time for custom roll dimensions?

Standard stock specs can ship within 5-7 business days. Custom basis weights, specialized slitting widths, or private-label core packaging typically require 15-20 business days from deposit confirmation.

Can you supply samples for converting trial runs?

Yes, we provide standard sample swatches (A4 / roll cuts) free of charge. Custom GSM test rolls can also be prepared for industrial converting trials upon request.

Does your spunlace comply with international medical and skin safety standards?

Our products comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (safe for babies), ISO 9001:2015, and pass cytotoxicity and skin sensitization biocompatibility evaluations.
